RIIA (Interdisciplinary Research Network on the Americas), in association with the “Red Salud Paz”(Network of universities and social organizations, concerned with health, associated to the UNAL (National University of Colombia), is searching for candidates to do an internship in Colombia. The Red Salud Paz sees health as a fundamental and undeniable right to any human being. Under this scope, health helps create better social conditions that contribute to the peace process that Colombia is going through. The internship involves 3 axes of action:

• Demostrative and active transformative experiences in territories towards health, peace and “buen vivir”.
• Public debates and advocacy concerned with peace and health
• Mutlimodal communication towards health and peace.

This invitation is made for enrolled FAU students on their last year of Bachelor, master’s degree or PhD and the disciplines that we look for are Social Sciences, Humanities, Political Science, Health professionals, Economic Sciences and Engineering. UNAL has a cooperation agreement with FAU, so participants can benefit from services for international students and receive a certificate of participation at the end of the internship issued by the Faculty of Medicine.
